New Hartford Teen Arrested After Altercation At Underage Drinking Party
New Hartford Police say 19 year old Jeffery Kolek hosted the party at his home on Snowden Hill Road on Saturday August 16. When police responded to to reports of the party, several people who were leaving said there had been a fight and that a victim had been hit repeatedly with a machete.
