Guilty plea made in Ind. development group theft

The former associate director of a defunct eastern Indiana economic development group faces sentencing on three felony theft charges after being accused of embezzling more than $150,000. A Henry County judge is scheduled to consider accepting the guilty pleas from 34-year-old Troy Collier of Muncie during a July 25 court hearing.
