Mormon Media Observer: A subtle change in Mormon media coverage

There is a certain logic to all of the LDS articles about Mitt Romney over these past few years that goes something like this: Journalists observe that Romney has a "Mormon problem," that is that there remains a large group of people unwilling to vote for Romney simply because he is a Latter-day Saint.

Man accused of shooting dog, passenger while driving on I-15

A man faces serious charges after troopers say he shot a dog and his passenger while driving on I-15. According to the Daily Herald , the Utah Highway Patrol says the man was driving south on I-15 between Santaquin and Nephi when he pulled out a pistol and shot a dog that was sitting on the floor between the feet of the front-seat passenger.
