In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, a June 11 pretrial was set for a Negley man charged with aggravating menacing and resisting arrest after allegedly threatening to kill his own children on Monday.

Donald P. Dodson, 74, of Hillcrest Road in Wellsville, died Saturday, May 26, 2012, in the emergency room at East Liverpool City Hospital.

In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Richard R. Vecchio, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, was sentenced to five days in jail, required 40 hours community service and fined $750 for two counts resisting arrest, one count menacing and three counts disorderly conduct for an incident May 1, plus threatening to shoot a deputy last July, asking for ... Robert Lutman, state Route 517, Lisbon, reported at 9:26 p.m. Monday a co-worker of his wife came to the house, shined lights into his home and threatened to harm Lutman before getting into his truck and driving away.
