BETHLEHEM 2 men accused of defrauding bank A Nazareth man and a Bethlehem man have been accused of defrauding Keystone Nazareth Bank and Trust of $10,000. Anthony M. Downing, 29, of Nazareth and Joshua L. Griffis, 29, of Bethlehem were charged with conspiring to take the money.
