Oakville Is Already a Member of The Chehalis Basin Flood Authority

Good news for Oakville could mean even better news for Cosmopolis. Cosi Mayor Vickie Raines tells us while working on the Chehalis Basin Flood Authority's website, a document was discovered that shows Oakville was already added to the Authority, back in 2008 by an amendment to the interlocal agreement.
