Bend man arrested in Douglas County on suspicion of manslaughter
A Bend-area man who was behind the wheel of a truck that crashed in September, injuring him and killing his passenger, was arrested Thursday in Douglas County by Oregon State Police on suspicion of Manslaughter in the First Degree and Criminally Negligent Homicide.
