Manhattan, KS-The long-awaited U.S. - Colombia Free Trade Agreement will be implemented May 15, giving Kansas wheat farmers an opportunity to rebuild market share in one of the largest markets for U.S. wheat in South America, just in time for harvest of the 2012 wheat crop.

There isn't much left of the town of Muscotah - population less than 180 - about 20 miles north of Valley Falls in Atchison County.

Major league baseball player Joe Tinker's hometown of Muscotah is in the process of creating a baseball-shaped museum in his honor and in the process might create a tourist draw to northeast Kansas.
