Cow Corpse Embodies Bankrupt Jefferson County's Carrion Crisis
The call about the dead cow came in about 4 p.m., followed by an e-mailed photo of the unfortunate bovine on a roadside near Mulga, a town of 836 in bankrupt Jefferson County, Alabama.
