Bealsville is a tiny dot of a place along State Road 60 between Valrico and Mulberry.

With Tuesday's vote of approval by county commissioners to begin the process to establish a Florida Enterprise Zone, the completed packet can now go into the hands of legislators at next week's Polk County Day on Feb.

It's a done deal. As of Tuesday night, the originally recorded deed documents to the old cigar factory were delivered to the City Clerk officially making Bartow the proud owner.
