Families and Community Together , the Mountainside-based behavioral health agency for children will celebrate its 9th Annual Hats Off to Kids event at the Elizabethtown Gas building, Liberty Hall Center, 1085 Morris Ave. in Union on June 18 at 6 p.m. Teens who are enrolled at FACT will receive awards sponsored by local businesses and supporters.
