Hawaii County officials will conduct an autopsy this week to determine how a 45-year-old Mountain View was killed Friday while walking on Highway 11 near Glenwood.

A 49-year-old Mountain View man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after admitting to the slaying of a neighbor in Eden Roc subdivision.

Hawaii County police have identified the man who died in an industrial accident in Mountain View last Thursday as Yves Morel, 56, of Raleigh, N.C. A Hilo grand jury has indicted a 30-year-old Mountain View man for numerous alleged drug and firearms violations.

The man had apparently been inspecting an electrical system for a newly installed water tank near North Kulani Road in Mountain View when he apparently was electrocuted by the energized system around 9:14 a.m., according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Aa S56-year-old man was apparently electrocuted in an industrial accident in Mountain View this morning, Hawaii County police said.
