The Big Gay Storm Threatens | Healthy and Green Living

Ok wow! This article is something to read. It doesn't matter if you are for or against gay marriage; there is something for everyone.

I heard through the grapevine that there was going to be a Gay Rights and Pride Day March in July in Mountain City. It was being circulated Thursday in Damascus at Trail Days. Does anyone know or heard about this? Who is sponsoring and/or in charge?

We're in your churches, you're neighborhoods, your military and most importantly teaching the children in your public schools. Gay marriage is the change America needs and all the people needed to make it happen nation wide are in place. Just accept the fact that the Gay way of life is normal. Happy Gay Pride to all.

Symantics, Gay, Homosexual, Lesbian, Bi, Transvestite, Transsexual, it doesn't matter, what matters is the change that's about to happen for the better for those of us who have been persecuted, ridiculed, betrayed because our civil rights were violated, but that's over, done with, it's now against the law. Please don't be offended, I'm just curious. Why do gays or homosexuals (or whatever pc term) have to so loudly and pubicly announce your sexual preference? I personally don't care with whom (or what in some cases) anyone sleeps, resides, marries, or dates. I feel it's a personal mattter, and none of anyone's business.

Because as long as we remain invisible, we remain downtrodden. With visibility comes equal treatment under the law.

Heterosexuals announce their orientation quite a lot too, but you probably don't notice it as much because you're used to it. Every time someone mentions his or her opposite-sex spouse, for instance, or places a photo on his or her desk, or wears a wedding ring, or sends out wedding invitations, or sends a Xmas card from the family, and in lots of other ways, heterosexuals announce their heterosexuality.

That's an over generalization. There are some gays that are loud about their gayness. They, by no means, represent the community.

It seems to me that the loudest gays are the ones that have been the most repressed by their families/societies. It sort of makes sense for them to want to be in people's face about it.

I Believe in loving who you love, but I've never been one to advertise to others my affection for whom ever I should be with, in public. For example, making out in a public place... In my opinion, that is private, and intimate! I'm not the type to draw attention to myself or whom ever I may be with. I don't care about being put in the spotlight or anything.

Pride is in June.

Because homosexual is an activity or orientation. Actually, it's an oxymoron coined by a German in the 1800s. It's a self-contradiction. "Homoerotic", "homoaffective", "homosensual" or even "homotropic" come closer to the truth.

I think "gays" are pathetic and sick sombody has to tell you so you will know God will send you to hell for it. Homosexuality is the reason he destroid two cities with fire and brimstone. I would rather you get mad at me and then change your ways than not tell you and let you burn in hell.

Your scripture is inaccurate. Why not cross check with the Jewish Encyclopedia. The Jewish perspective on their books is usually a good place to start. After all, christianity got the books from them. lol
