Police Commander Faces Battery Charges

I personally know the woman in the story. Shes a school teacher and the most lovely, decent and honest person Ive ever met.

If she said these police officers kicked in her brothers ribs in a most cowardly fashion I say they should be stripped of their law enforcement credentials, sent to jail on a FELONY charge, lose theri pensions, and get sued in a civil suit.

We cannot stand by and have our law enforcment acting in such a fashion and trying to avoid arrest or questioning and not even being in the correct juridiction.

No wonder people dont trust law enforcement anymore!

I personally know comander Call, he is a great man and father. We need to look at the facts again who jumped Call in the parking lot?I think we know it was the guy and his sister. I would call this self defense! Call is an honest man. I think we should stop using titles such as police officers are bad,some one is trying to make a name for them self and it's rotten. Was Call on duty? NO!!!!!! He was a person out with friends and NOT an officer. All Call did was defend himself from an attack from behind by a crazed man and sister.

This man and girl should be sued for ATTACKING Call from behind and injurying his FACE.Someone out there has a problem with the police dept.and using this story to make a name for them self's. Clayton said that they were not in the correct juridiction, a person cannot go to a public place out side of his home town??? Let's get real here the truth will come out!!

It human nature to protect yourself, we all would have to the came thing and we know it. So, before you make judgment on someone. Read the facts, put yourself in his shoes. Thank God he is alright. Think about his children, Send this man to jail, NEVER That would be the crime.
