Former Rome nursing home owner convicted of worthless services

George Dalyn Houser , 63, of Atlanta, has been convicted on charges of conspiring with his wife to defraud the Medicare and Medicaid programs by billing them for "worthless services" in the operation of three deficient nursing homes, two of which were located in Rome.
