A 51-year-old man, allegedly armed with a Molotov cocktail, reportedly burst into the home of his ex-wife today in the 100 block of Koons Road, south of Mossyrock, and attempted to burn it down before being physically subdued by his adult son and another man, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

The Lewis County Sheriff's office says Thursday's arrests were the result of a three-month investigation into a local band of methamphetamines dealers in the towns of Morton and Packwood.

Employees had to move patients from one area of the hospital to another because of the fire and smoke, but no injuries were reported.
