3 Clermont races to be recounted
BATAVIA - Recounts of Nov. 3 ballots will be required in races for the Washington Township Board of Trustees, Moscow Village Council and the New Richmond School Board because vote totals were so close, the Clermont County Board of Elections determined Tuesday.
