Moreno Valley girl hit by vehicle, driver suspected of DUI

A 21-year-old San Bernardino woman who allegedly ran a red light in Moreno Valley and struck a 4-year-old girl in a crosswalk is facing felony drunken driving and hit-and-run charges today.

Probably don't have a current license and or no car insurance. All first offenders should have to install an Interlock Device in their vehicle-no more driving and drinking. Hope they catch this lady.
