Robert L. Workman, 44, of Clearfield, was indicted May 17 on charges of second-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse, 3rd-degree burglary, second-degree indecent exposure, tampering with physical evidence and eavesdropping, according to a news release from Kentucky State Police.
