Driver of prom-party bus gets summonses for careless driving, unsafe vehicle

A prom party bus that carried 48 Morristown High School students and young adults charged with underage drinking late last week also had faulty brakes, broken taillights and headlights and was leaking oil, Bergen County officials said today.
