PSP Montoursville responded to the following incidents

On April 19, Patrick M. Oberlin, 53, of Middleburg, sustained injuries after negotiating a left curve on Wallis Run Road just east of Southard Road shortly before 12:30 a.m. Oberlin's vehicle struck a tree then rolled onto the passenger side, Trooper Adam Kirk said.
