Three species of tilapia would be legalized for stocking private ponds, under a new state Senate bill, though there is some concern that they could get loose and compete with native species.

Montezuma police arrested a man on multiple charges after he was stopped Tuesday afternoon for a routine traffic stop, according to a police news release.
