As you may have read on Page 1 of today's Cabinet, our building has been sold to the nonprofit Housing Initiatives of New England Corp., which provides affordable housing for senior citizens in Maine and New Hampshire.

I don't know Cecile Marini, but she's clearly a woman with a clear vision of what's happening in Concord.
