Two superb headline concerts are scheduled to take place this month as part of the Monroe Arts Center's Wisconsin Music Arts Festival in Monroe, Wisconsin.

A 43-year-old Monroe woman was arrested over the weekend in the Town of Exeter after she crashed into a road sign and ditch embankment before plowing through a barb wire fence into a hayfield, the Green County Sheriff's Office said.
