Monroe adding parking spaces at City Hall

Much needed parking space at Monroe City Hall is on its way to completion. The new parking lot at the north end of City Hall has 22 regular parking spaces and two handicap spots along with an Americans with Disability Act-approved ramp up to City Hall.
