Berne joining police system

Members of Berne City Council agreed on Tuesday evening to share in the cost of creating a combined network that will allow all law enforcement agencies in the county to instantly have access to each other's criminal records and data bases.

Challenge series starts April 28

The Adams County Community Foundation's 5K Run-Walk Challenge will begin its third season on April 28 with the Run Over Violence at Adams Memorial Hospital, starting at 9 a.m. The 2012 series will feature nine races : Run Over Violence on Saturday, April 28 in Decatur., CG Sports - Run with Endurance 5K at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 12 in Decatur.
