Jury begins deliberations in trial of former Alabama judge accused of sexual abuse of inmates

The jury in the trial of former Mobile County Circuit Judge Herman Thomas has begun deliberating charges accusing him of paddling and sexually abusing male inmates.

I can't believe he was found not guilty... But even more unbelievable is all the celebration in the black community! People these are YOUR SONS this man was abusing!!! I live in Mobile... Having four sons all I can say is THANK GOD this creature doesn't seem to have a taste for young white men...

How Ignorant OF YOU.. I THOUGHT EVERYONE WAS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILITY!! THE EVIDENCE THAT THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD DIDN'T HOLD UP!!! SO YOU ARE DAMN RIGHT WE ARE CELEBRATING IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY!!! HE DOESN'T NEED TO TAKE INTEREST IN WHITE MALES THE WHITE CATHLOIC PRIEST DO A FINE JOB HANDLING THAT!!!

That's not true. If a person commits a crime, be it murder, rape, robbery....., then he's guilty. You may not be able to prove it, but if he COMMITS a crime, then he's GUILTY, proven or otherwise. Some felons, and lawyers, are good at beating the legal process.
