what's funny is the idiot screaming for action likely committed a separate felony when he decided to get his gun.

Depending on the circumstances, carrying a gun is not illegal. But we don't know the circumstances. All the idiots who post here don't know ALL the details, the Pollards and the victims know the truth...everything else is spectulation.

if there was a gun pulled it will be interesting to see if it was before the guy was HEADBUTTED AND BEAT or after. you would think he wouldn't be making a big issue if he was guilty of pulling a gun without cause. let's hope the truth come's out. he's just one of the many people dustin has headbutted.

I am really concerned that people would acctually compare Kathy and Jerry to the Pollards. Never have I thought that either one of them were trying to catch attention. What I see is two people were assaulted, by all to well local thugs...and,no arrest!!! I personally know Jerry from working with him and he just don't go around pulling guns on people. I assure you that the Pollard boys ganged up on him, and I would lay alot of money on the table to say he didn't pull a gun. Also, what I view every day is the fact that Pollards park in front of there place walk up and down the sidewalk trying to intimidate them and her customers. We as business owners are getting alittle fed-up with the whole HA HA attitude!!! Hope Jerry and Kathy stick in there... and hold your chins up high... give it time and you'll see the Pollards will go down....

Who cares, why are we still discussing this? So someone called komu, they were about a month late. I believe the police would have done something if they were going to. Sounds like there were plenty of witnesses. To the best of my knowledge only the alledged victims and their pals have made comments on here. Why havent the alledged wrong doers been on here defending themselves? All in all, dont you all feel it would be better if we heard both sides instead of partially one side?

Love to Judge, "we as business owners". Why havent the fed up business owners spoke up and voiced their concern to the police?

Reasons
a.) They really didnt witness anything that would constitute wrong doing on the Pollards part. Therefore, complaining would only aid in the Pollards defense.
b.) They did witness a wrong doing. But, havent the backbone to come forward. Therefore, really have no merit to complain.

I know Dusty, and i truly dont see him just fighting unless provoked. Although, he is tested alot, i just dont see it. I do think that it is very easy for everyone to get on here and stir the pot by making comments, while hidden by a screen name. Just my 2 pennys!

well georgy i guess the reason people are still talking is because nothing has been done.i know dustin very personally! like family personally!!he brags, he lies and he DOES assault people because somewhere in his younger days he learned he could really hurt someone headbutting them. and even though he's 30 something yrs. old and has 2 precious children he still does it. he's had numerous black eyes since his son was born and that paticuliar day this happened he left his kids in the car to go f-ing headbutt someone else. blood everywhere. got the picture now. he needs to go down like any person who assaults someone should. him and his brother have been in numerous kinds of fights like this and all his decent law abiding friends just overlook it and say"that's just the way they are". his friends need to wise up and face the facts.i hope he spends some time in the slammer for this. he's always got away with it and still walks around like he's got his shit together. get some counseling small boy!also maybe the reason we don't here from them on here is there SCARED OF THE TRUTH. finally caught up with them.
