Madoff's Attorney Wants 12Yr Sentence

The man who prosecutors say ran a $65 billion Ponzi scheme , the biggest financial scam in U.S. history, should spend 12 years behind bars according to his defense attorney.

What about Parole? A 12 year sentence is about
three years with good behavior !

I still think they need to do some research and find out if any of his victims have family members in prison some place. Then they need to sentence him to that prison, with him being a "room mate" of that family member. I am sure some big guy named "Bubba" would welcome him with open arms.

Madoff got 150 years. And the report said there is no parole in the federal system, so he will be there for the rest of his life. Finally somebody got the right sentence for a "white collar" crime.

I have to say I was overjoyed to hear his sentence too! The thing is how about all of his victims? To bad they can't get back what they lost. I hope Bubba welcomes the jerk open arms as soon as he arrives there! LOL
