Judge orders former Mamtek CEO to repay $1.3 million
A federal judge has ruled that former Mamtek CEO Bruce Cole fraudulently diverted nearly $1.3 million from bond funds that were meant to help finance the construction of an artificial sweetener plant in Moberly, Missouri.
