'Collegiate' K-8 charter school proposed for Mission Viejo

MISSION VIEJO a ' A group of parents who unsuccessfully petitioned the Saddleback Valley Unified School District last spring to open a charter school on the site of a shuttered elementary school is now backing a plan by a Chino -based company to open the campus for them.
