Does Southern Humboldt love its Quail enough?

I will say the Quail Senior Bus is in big trouble. As many readers know, the Humboldt Transit Authority will begin on January 4th a new, express bus service linking the public of Garberville with Eureka and also a separate local service, Miranda to Garberville.
