Two Years Pass in Minot Disapperance
“We found the van in the county at the National Wildlife refuge. That was an important lead since she was seen with Mr. Cowen at the time of her disappearance. We became heavily involved and did some extensive searches with four wheelers and horses.”
Two years ago this week, Reachelle Smith of Minot vanished without a trace. She would be five years old now. via KFYR-TV Bismarck
