Rezoning hearing scheduled for airport relocation parcels
The Louisville Metro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing this week on the proposed areawide rezoning of more than 1,000 parcels of mostly residential land in the airport relocation area west of Interstate 65.
Airport board to honor mayor of Kentucky's first relocated city
The Louisville Regional Airport Authority board will recognize Heritage Creek Mayor Fred Williams with a formal resolution Wednesday for his years of working with airport officials to relocate residents in the former city of Minor Lane Heights and other areas near the airport.
