Like i said in my previous post, the Officer in question was totally wrong. It's simply an issue of to much force against the suspect. when he, the suspect, showed no sign of resiting arrest. The amont of force the officer used was unnesasary. In my opinion, the officer in question should be charged with assault. He should be terminated from the Minneapolis Police Dept no questions asked. When will the Dept start geting rid of these officers?

funny the video doesn't show what happened before the tazing.. maybe the POS was resisting.. verbally, physicsally... we just don't know... the defense only released seconds prior to the tazing... was he resisting? we don't know. was he saying he was going to assault the copper? we don't know.
