County Awaits Funding For Minford-Area Sewer Project: Some Residents Concerned About Cost To Tap In
A total of $30 million in funding is being anticipated to bring about a far-ranging sewer project in the Rubyville and Minford area of Scioto County, according to Scioto County Sanitary Engineer Darren Lebrun.
Scioto County is in jeopardy of losing nearly $30 million for a Minford sewer project, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said, if the project is not under construction or a contract is not signed for construction by July 31.
