Fulton man charged with DWI in crash with snowplow
It happened just after 3 a.m. Friday morning on SR 48 in Minetto. Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Joseph Sawyer, of 95 Jones Road, was driving a 2000 Chrysler southbound on SR 48 when he crossed the center line near Gray Road, slamming into the blade of a State Department of Transportation snowplow.
