Company seeks modification of landfill
COSHOCTON - The owner of the Coshocton Landfill has applied to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. EPA to modify its permit to accept polychlorinated biphenyl, or PCBs, from a former dump site in Minerva, about 75 miles northeast of Coshocton.
