A tasty tradition will be returning to Millville this weekend, when the Millville Volunteer Fire Company's annual chicken dinner fundraisers kick off Saturday with the first of four such events.

The Millville Volunteers, a citizen volunteer group made up of residents from surrounding communities, is offering local residents the chance to learn more about community safety.

A variety of area crafters will show their wares at the Fifth Annual Artisans Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 26, at the Millville Fire Hall in Millville.

The project will include the development of rain garden beds and landscaping along the Route 1 walkway, improvement of the circle beds along the Route 1 median and landscaping improvements at the York Beach Mall shopping center.
