Husband, Wife Charged With Poaching Deer
A husband and wife from western Maryland have been charged with poaching deer. Maryland Natural Resources police say 31-year-old Christopher Porter faces a variety of charges including five counts each of spotlighting with a weapon, hunting deer during closed season, hunting at night and shooting from or across a public roadway.
