Chapel in Turners Falls cemetery to be dedicated to Mary Queen of the Polish Martyrs of World War II

An old, dilapidated, unused storage shed at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery has been resurrected and glorified, now a chapel constructed in a log cabin style common in the mountainous Zakopane area of southern Poland.

Superior Court Briefs: February 27 - March 1

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, February 27. Joseph Berry , 21, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on 20 counts of breaking and entering in the daytime, 19 counts of vandalize property and single counts of larceny from a building and larceny over $250. Berry was released on personal recognizance.
