Police Blotter: Pedestrian hit and killed

She was a dear friend of mine. I don't know why things happen to good people. That was what she was. A Good Person, An Unforgetable person that I am glad to have met.

I can't believe this happen when I heard about it I didn't believe it. She was such a good person, such a good heart always thinking about her family. If the State Police handeled the investigation at the scene of the accident you can write to them or call them and ask for records. Give them her name and they will tell you if the incident report is ready to be released. Sometimes it takes a little time.

You can either go in, or ask for the incident report in writing, it can not be done over the phone. You can only find out if the incident report is in records yet over the phone. It may cost about 3.00

If it was handeled by any other law enforcement other than the state,like the city or county you can do the same but you may have to ask for the incident report under the "open records act" if they give you any problems about releasing the information.

Just give law enforcement her name and they should be able to pull up the incident report related to her.
