Midland weighs repairs to flood-damaged city parks

Midland Public Services Director Karen Murphy says "there's a lot of money involved in making" the repairs, and officials are doing the best they "can to make them." For instance, Murphy says a pedestrian bridge at City Forest was damaged by the April flood and remains closed while the city works with a consultant on repair options.
