"It all depends on continuing contributions of the community and the support of investors."
If this is such a great idea, moving the Star Barn and your other plans, why not use your own money. You were hoping to get Federal and State grants to pave the way, with private industry, Farm Equipment companies and such to pony up money for specialty displays. The economy certainly took a turn for the worst, at the best time for the reality of this endeavor to come to light. East Hanover doesn't have the infrastructure to support your pipe dreams, nor do the residents who have lived here their whole lives want the drama, the noise or the traffic. People going to the Casino aren't going to come to this attraction. The casino isn't even doing the business they had hoped for. Leave the Star Barn where it was built, for historical accuracy, leave East Hanover Twp and the Commonwealth residents off the hook. We don't have the money to support your dreams. |
