Orange County Confidential: Westtown man charged in bear shooting

The Westtown homeowner who shot a bear outside his home earlier this month has been cited by state Department of Environmental Conservation police.

yea thats what I say. Its easy to prosecute the man, but wait til a hungry black bear is in your backyard growling at your wife and kids....? yeah now everything changes.
