State police say a Middletown teenager was killed Thursday night on the way to his prom after driving too fast entering Interstate 84, crashing with a tractor-trailer. Armando Colon, 17 was behind the wheel of a 1997 Acura with three passengers and was driving at a speed police say was too fast for the wet road condtions.
