Two people were arrested by Holmdel Police on heroin and cocaine charges Saturday, at 12 a.m. The arrests were made in the vicinity of the Holmdel Motor Inn on Route 35. Shana A. Rongo, 23, of Hopping Road in Middletown was charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension.
