Middletown Man Charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia
A police officer pulled over a Middletown man and a Massachusetts woman on West Patrick Street for expired registration tags then smelled marijuana coming from the car.
Two people face drug charges after police pulled their vehicle over at about 9:45 p.m. Monday due to expired registration tags, according to a news release from the Frederick Police Department.
