Warning Matt: Mark Dellinger is maybe the biggest liar in county government, if you don't believe me ask Kelly Cox how close the county came to being sued by me, and how many thousands of dollars they had to pay me for damages caused by Dellinger's screw-ups, lies and lack of oversight.
You are 100% correct on this, the sewer system makes NO sense for your community, it makes sense ONLY for special districts, the most power-hungry, wasteful and mismanaged county agency. Please find out how much money they have wasted on "studies", and keep writing letters about this-please! Tell Jim Comstock to stand up for your and your neighbors, and to keep the already bloated special districts out of your neighborhood!

Lake County Special Districts has become a cash cow for the county budget. I would strongly recommend that the residents of Anderson Springs examin all of the costs involved in hooking up to Middletown's sewer system, including the monthly service charges that will come as part of the deal. Also, Anderson Springs folks may want to speak with the folks in Spring Valley in regard to the water system currently run by Lake County Special Districts.

Do Not Let Special Districts into your community. Put up road blocks, form citizens patrols, do whatever it takes!!! They only thing you get from them is ever increasing, never ending billings. I put Dell's Folly on the memo portion of the check I send them every other month. It twists my soul to say this but I gotta quote Ronnie Raygun, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help."

Go there during winter for a real view of the dump/tank. What a disgrace, who's idea was that Donna? They must have known you.

Please be more specific GA, which dump/tank are you referring to - Affinito's or Dr. Bobs? Neither of these , ahem, gentlemen knew me before they started their mischief in Lucerne. They know me now. If those are not the properties in question, could you please clarify?

Geesh poser, keep up. It's the costs of the geysers pipeline that is killing the ratepayers - we were sold a bill of goods. If you contend otherwise then I have to be grateful you're not wasting time on your job at SD, dinking around on the computer during work hours.

What I want to know is this. Should any of the communities who are on the special districts sewer system be worried if there is a sustained power outage of several or more days? With no electricity to pump all the effluent, does it is sit in the lines and back up? If so, then when and where does it start over flowing?

Wouldn't it be poetic justice if a bunch of these miscreants went to jail over a sewer? What kind of epitaph would that call for on a tombstone?

wiseinfive even without major power outages the 'camel' trucks from SpecDist are frequently pumping out the pump stations. Dang AV, that makes twice now that I concur with you. Unfortunately malfeasance in public service rarely results in jail time - more frequently it just results in a promotion to department head with glad handing by all involved.

Adrian:

Poetic justice would indeed be served if, when we buried the b*stard, we bury him in the effluence in which he dealt in life.

Political epitaph submitted for your approval:

"He Lied In Life,
And Dealt With Sh*t.
Now Life Has Fled,
And He Lies In Sh*t."

Usually there is a backup generator with an auto transfer switch, which may have been stolen by LINDA STANLEY special districts OPERATOR and local meth distributer in Cobb Mtn.

Oh heck Phil, get used to the posers. Have fun with them. Remember, you have to be getting under their skin and MAKING THEM THINK (oh, the horror) for them to do their posing. Making them have to think is what gets them pizzed off.

Donna,

Actually, it's quite the compliment considering they must attack us because we are getting under their skin like an itch they can't scratch. Goat and Odor, aka G and O ;-}

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Leo

Be choosy about who you spend time with today. If you're with someone who's habitually miserable or sorry for themselves, you'll soon be dragged down to their level and will struggle to recover again. However, you may feel such sympathy for their plight that you don't see you have any choice but to be with them. If so, do your best to remain positive.
