Miami Springs man faces 10 years for fraud

Luis Giro, a former Miami-based investment manager, faces up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty this week to securities fraud Giro who had been a fugitive until last month, was arrested in Venezuela and turned over to the FBI, according to a news release from the acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
